These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and Neo77 (hereinafter "Neo77", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://neo77.click (the "Platform").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, birthday bonus, or referral reward issued by Neo77 to a Player.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from a Player's external payment method into their Neo77 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by Neo77 to confirm the identity, age, and source of funds of each Player.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which Neo77 accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, APIs, and all associated services operated by Neo77 at https://neo77.click.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Neo77 Account to an external payment method designated by the Player.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Neo77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Neo77 does not accept registrations from any person below this age threshold. In the event that Neo77 discovers that a Player has registered whilst under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2. You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of your participation in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Neo77 or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the Neo77 Platform or on any third-party self-exclusion register recognised by Neo77.
5. You must register with accurate, current, and complete information. Neo77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration, including national identity documents, proof of address, and proof of source of funds.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Neo77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Neo77 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account.

Neo77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify Neo77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.

Neo77 reserves the right to refuse registration of any Account application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

All Account balances and transactions on the Neo77 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise expressly stated. Neo77 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits as published on the Platform from time to time:

Withdrawal requests will be processed by Neo77 within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Neo77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit into your Account, subject to Neo77's anti-money laundering procedures.

Neo77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified Player identity may be placed on hold pending KYC review.

Neo77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and passed all required KYC verification procedures.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and must be completed within the validity period specified for the relevant offer. Unexpired bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• Neo77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, hedging bets to reduce wagering risk, or coordinating bonus abuse with other Players — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated that they are stackable. Where multiple bonuses are claimed, Neo77 will apply them in the order received unless otherwise specified.

All games and betting markets available on the Neo77 Platform operate according to the rules published within each individual game interface or betting market description. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the rules applicable to a specific game or market, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

Neo77 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games and sources its live dealer content from reputable, internationally recognised providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session.

Neo77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of wagering, or placed in connection with any technical malfunction of the Platform. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by Neo77's game servers shall be considered definitive. The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Neo77 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, legal action:

• Registering an Account whilst under the age of 21, or providing false information regarding your age or identity.
• Operating more than one Account, or acting as a proxy to create or operate an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Neo77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Placing wagers using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity.

Neo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Player has breached these Terms; a Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information; a Player's Account activity is suspected to involve money laundering or fraud; or a Player has self-excluded from the Platform.

In the event of Account closure for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach of these Terms), Neo77 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the Account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the relevant funds may be permanently forfeited.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and completion of any active KYC requirements.

All content on the Neo77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Neo77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Neo77 name, logo, and all associated marks are the proprietary trademarks of Neo77 and may not be used without prior written consent.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence or right of ownership is transferred to you with respect to any intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the Platform.

Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neo77 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

Neo77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of harmful components. Neo77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit Neo77's liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
